Prepare Your Documents
Ensure you have the document(s) you need notarized. If your document does not already include a notary certificate that complies with Texas state requirements, we can provide a loose certificate to attach to your document. This ensures the notarization is valid and meets all legal standards.

Bring Proper ID
Texas law requires all signers to present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a state-issued driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or other government-issued identification with your photo and signature. Please ensure your ID is current and not expired.

Meet & Complete
During the appointment, our notary will verify your identity, witness your signature, and complete the notarization process. If your document requires an acknowledgment or jurat, we’ll guide you through the steps to ensure everything is done correctly.
Once the notarization is complete, you’ll receive your notarized document, ready for submission or use. If a loose certificate is attached, it will be securely affixed to your document to prevent tampering.
